Bets not confirmed due to technical failure, connectivity issues or market closure are not binding and any associated stake will be returned. By using the Platform, you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
This clause does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your own jurisdiction. Pakistani users are reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other local legislation may impose additional restrictions.
